Contact us! If we determine you are the correct owner or heir to these funds, you will need to complete and mail all requested documentation to us. The entire process is completed through the mail, but you are welcome to visit our office M-F 8:30am-4:30pm.
What Do I Need To Do To Recover My Funds?
Am I Required To Pay You Out Of Pocket?
No! You are never required to pay us anything out of pocket. Our fee, which is taken out of the total amount of funds, is paid directly to us from the State of Florida. We work on a contingency fee basis, and we do not get paid until you receive your money. If you do not get paid, we do not get paid.
Once our office prepares a completed claim package, it is sent over to the State of Florida for review. The Bureau of Unclaimed Property takes about 90 days to process the claim.
